And, if you don’t receive the message we just sent you won’t receive the pricing info either so it’s important we figure that out asap. We’re only an email away.

Next, we can send out window color samples.

If you’d like to see the available window colors, both interior and exterior, we can drop a set of samples in the mail for you right away. Just fill out the request form on this page to receive a color sample pack and hard copies of window brochures. There is no charge for the sample pack and you’ll receive it in just a few days.

Finally, one of our window experts is reviewing your request.

They’ll be in touch by email within 3 business days, often faster. If you need any info faster than that, for example if you’re considering cancelling another order and only have a limited time to decide, you can respond to the message we just sent you. That will get you in touch with Emily from our office and she’ll be able to help with anything.
